What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a 85$ service call fee. We also offer discounts including a 12% discount to seniors, military veterans as well as first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We're sending a technician for a first visit to diagnose a problem. We charge a service call fee, however we lift it in case the client decides to move forward with the repair. In some cases technician is able to complete the repair on the spot, using some of the parts he or she might be carrying on person, but some cases may require another visit after picking up parts from the supplier, or waiting for their prompt delivery.
